Thomas Sefair-Lopez (he/him) is a junior majoring in Operations/Supply Chain Management and Human Thomas is the Director of the Office of Inclusive Design. He is passionate about making sure that every student on the University of Washington campus can access any event or resource that they are interested in! When Thomas isn’t advocating for inclusivity on the UW campus, he spends his time meeting new people and traveling. Assistant Director – Reshma Lokanathan

Reshma Lokanathan is a graduate student at the Human Centered Design & Engineering program who cares deeply about building more inclusive and welcoming spaces. Having moved across countries and cultures, she values empathy, curiosity, and the importance of listening to different perspectives. At the Office of Inclusive Design, Reshma hopes to contribute to conversations and initiatives that center equity, belonging, and thoughtful change.
