The Office of Inclusive Design (OID) is an ASUW office dedicated to making the University of Washington a more inclusive and accessible place for all students. We provide event consultation services, educational resources, and funding to ASUW Entities and RSOs who are looking to make their events, marketing materials, and office practices more inclusive. Come visit us in HUB 131J!

On this website, you can find educational resources on how to make your events and spaces more inclusive for students with disabilities and nontraditional students (student parents, international students, commuter students, etc.). Additionally, you can contact us for event planning services and funding through this page!

To request funding to make your event more inclusive and accessible complete our Inclusive Events Fund Application. All UW Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) and ASUW Entities are eligible for funding. Email asuwoid.uw.edu with any questions!
